When you sell your property, your purchaser’s solicitors will want to know all about the existing lease, the service charges, and all manner of additional enquiries concerning the transfer of legal title. A standard format for these queries has been set up by the Law Society and is called an LPE 1 form.

As the majority of leaseholders own shares in the company Goring Place Limited, which owns the freehold title to our development and replaced Higgins Homes as the landlord, Setfords Solicitors has been instructed to act on behalf of the landlord, such that any sale can be processed efficiently.
